Anti-Brow Piercing Questions?

So, I'm looking to get an anti-brow piercing && I heard 90% of the time they reject. My mom is only allowing me to get one piercing and I dont want to waste my time on it if it's going to reject anyways. Some people said there are Dermal piercing that have a lower chance of rejecting. I have no idea what they are talking about. Can someone clarify this with maybe some pics and info? Thnxx.
