Lump above my abdominal muscles...help?

I'm an 18 y.o. male, average weight, and I just noticed a lump above my abdominal muscles, its maybe like 2 or 3 inches below my pecs and to the right as you follow the mid-line down my abs. Its not painful at all, I can poke it and move it and whatever, but its just kinda weird. I originally thought it might be part of my muscle, but I'm really not sure at this point, and all I've come up with from google is that I have liver cancer...and considering I'm 18, its not painful, and I don't have jaundice, I don't really want to jump to that conclusion at this point
