Yellowish eyes but not jaundiced .. how to recover original color?plz answer..?

hello frds.. my uncle eyes are yellowish color.. he don't have jaundice.. or irritation, pain anything.. but his eyes looks yellowish..! he didn't care about that.. but my aunty worry lot..! can u give suggestion to clear his yellowish color? plz tell some remedy .. thank youi
