Can Obama be impeached for breaking the War Powers Act law on his Libyan War?

It would be hard to do that because he has made a feeble effort at complying with the letter of the law (while ignoring the spirit of it entirely). Besides, we might be able to get the House of Representatives to impeach him, but I doubt very seriously that you would get the democrap controlled Senate to convict him and remove him from office.
