Hepetitis B vaccination for blood test result "Detection of Australia antigen(HbsAg) in patient serum negative?

In Dec 99 I am suffuring from jaundice and Dr. inform me its due to accute jaundic and it may be cure within 6 months without medicine . after 6 month i got married and my reports shows i am recovered from HBSAg .but Dr. Advised me to vaccination for my wife but i dont like to inform my wife i was suffured from HBSAg and u take vaccine to protect information from me i told him normally to get vaccine but she told me i am a Dr.s Daughter and i am ok and no need to HBsAg vaccine and even my home no one take this vaccine . now today she convinced and we both check the Blood test regarding Detction of Australia antigen (HBsAg) in patient,s result not detected in we both then Please told me its necessary to got vaccine for my wife or not for me my Dr. told one year before now u not need vaccination bcoz you naturial vaccinated ,
