I accidentally wiped my Sims 3 account. How do I recover it?

I've been playing sims3 for a while and invest alot of time in it, but just today I was saving my progress, and accidentally turned the PS3 off while it was in the process of saving. I've been saving all my progress to the same file, so it overrides and saves each time. I thought it just wasnt going to save my latest progress, but in fact it has wiped the entire saved slot. Is there any way I can recover this or am I out of luck? :(
