Is it only liberals who seem to think House Republicans should be able to override Senate Democrats?

Considering over half the Democrats voted down the presidents budget cap plan maybe they will learn. They just did that so maybe the lobbyists didn't want it considering the lobbyists donated over $3.5 billion to the hOuse and Senate members. Guess the 'Golden Goose' story applies to them.
