Jaundice level is 19.5 and wanting to put my baby in the hospital how long might they keep the baby?

My baby born with this last year and they keep him for 3 days until everythink was ok they say that after hes 5 days old hes strong enough to fight with this problem so dont worried take you baby and he can be ok good luck.
