My resting bpm ranges from 94 - 103?

If you're 5'1 and 118 lbs you are at a healthy weight range, however, when you do not exersize of any kind, and eat a lot of carbs, it can mess up your body. Start taking a multi-vitamin and start walking more. Eat healthier and small portions. Also, you need to see a Dr. Your heart rate shouldnt be that high just from not exersizing, not at your age. Get checked out.
