What is goingon, i thought i was gonna get my period so i put a tampon in...but i shouldnt have it?

until and a half...i took it out and there was blood, but without a tampon no blood comes out...something is messed up...i did it again and the same thing...i am extremely anemic these last few months too...im 28...iam so anemic i am yellow,not jaundice either...
