What must happen for Congress to be able to "override" a presidential veto?

After a Presidential Veto, the Bill is returned to the House of its origin. It is then reconsidered and sent to the other House with a 2/3 majority vote. It is then reconsidered by them and voted on. With a 2/3 majority vote, that bill will become law.
