Any1 Else had this experience and any1 know if i have a negligence/misconduct case?

Pre eclampsia often resides after giving birth - if they can show that your blood pressure was monitored and recorded according to guidelines (specific to the hospital) then whilst there is much about all this that you have every right to be upset about and a lot that does not reflect a strong duty of care my feeling is that as no one was injured/suffered as a result that it might be seen as more a complaint then a genuine case of misconduct.
