Patch 80022D11 error on FFXIII?

is there some kind of patch or fixed program for ps3 that allow us to override the 80022D11 error, especially for FFXIII? it's been a whole year since i played this and i want to continue the game, but the hell happened!? after so much effort... it turned out nothing... and i NEVER logged in to PSN, if ur gonna answer it 'cause from the PSN breakdown... i mean, what the hell, i played all the game without trouble, and it suddenly can't play a game 'cause some trophy failure (thanks again, SONY...) but, a boy gotta ask... i search all around the corner of google, n' the only way that can be fixed is that u should start over the game in a brand new user... games like FFXIII that if its save data copied to another user, it can't be saved but it can be played... so, if u ever fix this error without going to new user, please share... btw, i'm in chapter 10, in the upper traverse, FFXIII...
