My cat has jaundice, does she stand a chance?

Jaundice is a symptom - it's not a disease. It's a sign of liver failure, which can be caused by many days of not eating, not necessarily liver disease. The vet needs to determine just what's going on - a sick cat won't eat, and that leads to the liver failure and the jaundice. The outcome depends on what the vet finds - so without knowing that, we really can't predict. I wish you well.
