Does a beneficiary override a will in Arizona?

Well Brittany. Hmm. Isn't a beneficiary the same as the legatee in a Last Will? Maybe you mean the "heir-at-law?" The heir is the one who gets the money or estate if the deceased died intestate, without a Will. The Will generally controls unless it was not executed properly or unless it provides for some kind of illegal legacy or discriminatory conditions for inheritance.
