Milk supply, and postpartum?

I had my baby boy on may 20, 2011. He latched immediently! we were told he had jaundice. :( after putting him in the photo treatment he has not seemed interested in latching. My milk hasn't come in yet. When can I expect it to come in, how will I know my baby is eating enough until it comes in? Also, what are some ways to increase the supply? Thank you (:
