My direct bilirubin is 1.3 , indirect is 1.0 and total bilirubin is 2.3, should i consult doctor?

my direct bilirubin is 1.3 , indirect is 1.0 and total bilirubin is 2.3, is this jaundice high? can i eat oil food now?
