Workout Schedule(Full Body Lifts)?

so i have decided to go with full body lifts 2-3 times a week and i like them because of the intensity, if u do them quickly one after another and just the effect. My issue is if i get more times to workout then that, wich i usually do, i don't want to over do it. What some good excersies i can in between without being too much and would it be bad if i focused on a specific muscle the day before or after and did a volumizing lift. also to clarify my full body lift is usually 3 diffrent excersises for each muscle of the body (back, bi, tri, legs....) and its one set each so as much as i can do for about 8-12 reps on set
